A este conflicto territorial no resuelto, se suma ahora la gran muralla que el nuevo presidente chileno, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast orden\u00f3 construir en su frontera para frenar el flujo migratorio irregular y las actividades il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Este a\u00f1o, el gobierno adelant\u00f3 al viernes, 20 de marzo, debido a las elecciones subanacionales celebradas ayer, los actos oficiales para conmemorar los 147 a\u00f1os de la p\u00e9rdida de su litoral ante Chile, con un homenaje a Eduardo Abaroa, el h\u00e9roe de la defensa del territorio costero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Bolivia recuerda el D\u00eda del Mar cada 23 de marzo porque en esa fecha en 1879 se produjo la primera resistencia del pa\u00eds ante lo que Bolivia califica de invasi\u00f3n de tropas chilenas que comenz\u00f3 el 14 de febrero de ese a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">En esa primera resistencia se destaca Eduardo Abaroa, quien, seg\u00fan historiadores de Bolivia, cuando fue intimado a rendirse contest\u00f3 \u00ab\u00bfRendirme yo, cobardes?, \u00a1que se rinda su abuela, carajo!\u00bb, marcando el reclamo irrenunciable del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Bolivia perdi\u00f3 en esa invasi\u00f3n su acceso soberano al Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico, en la Guerra del Pac\u00edfico (1879-1884), adem\u00e1s de su departamento del Litoral, con una extensi\u00f3n de casi 120.000 km2 con enormes reservas de cobre, el desierto de Atacama y vasta regi\u00f3n costera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Esta p\u00e9rdida incluy\u00f3 la ciudad y puerto principal de Antofagasta y la provincia de Mejillones, convirti\u00e9ndose Bolivia en un pa\u00eds enclaustrado.&nbsp;En este mismo territorio des\u00e9rtico, ahora el gobierno chileno construye zanjas y murallas para reforzar el control migratorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">CAMBIO DE DISCURSO BOLIVIANO&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Muchos leen una impl\u00edcita renuncia a la reivindicaci\u00f3n mar\u00edtima, hist\u00f3rica posici\u00f3n de todos los gobiernos bolivianos desde hace m\u00e1s de cien a\u00f1os en el discurso del&nbsp; actual presidenter&nbsp; de Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz: \u201cSiempre es mejor el futuro que el pasado, y ahora estamos tratando por un mejor futuro para ambas naciones. Con restablecimiento de relaciones bilaterales\u201d, en su visita a Chile, el reciente 11 de marzo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cLa l\u00f3gica es que nos llevemos de buena manera para poder crecer.
