El hecho ocurri\u00f3 la madrugada del 6 de febrero, cuando su pareja, Carlos Alfredo Ferreira Rodr\u00edguez, lleg\u00f3 en estado de ebriedad y, tras una discusi\u00f3n por continuar consumiendo alcohol, desat\u00f3 una brutal golpiza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El relato textual presentado ante la Fiscal\u00eda se\u00f1ala que, ante la negativa de Natalia de seguir bebiendo, el sujeto se enfureci\u00f3, comenz\u00f3 a gritarle, insultarla y acusarla de tener \u201cotro hombre\u201d, llam\u00e1ndola \u201cloca\u201d y \u201cp\u2026\u201d. En medio del esc\u00e1ndalo, la hija de 16 a\u00f1os del agresor \u2014que tambi\u00e9n viv\u00eda con ellos\u2014 ingres\u00f3 al ambiente. Fue entonces cuando el hombre le propin\u00f3 un pu\u00f1etazo en el rostro, a la altura de los labios, revent\u00e1ndole el labio inferior. Ese hecho motiv\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima a intentar registrar lo ocurrido; no obstante, el agresor golpe\u00f3 el celular, que cay\u00f3 al piso, aunque continu\u00f3 grabando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la joven madre intent\u00f3 recuperar el dispositivo, el sujeto volvi\u00f3 a atacarla con pu\u00f1etes y manazos en el rostro hasta reventarle la ceja. Adem\u00e1s, la amenaz\u00f3 con hacerle da\u00f1o \u201cdonde m\u00e1s le duele\u201d, en referencia a su hijo de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL ODONT\u00d3LOGO AGRESOR LA ENCERR\u00d3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de la agresi\u00f3n que la dej\u00f3 con se\u00f1ales evidentes de la golpiza, la v\u00edctima fue retenida contra su voluntad durante el mes de febrero.Seg\u00fan la denuncia, el agresor la mantuvo encerrada en la vivienda, permiti\u00e9ndole salir \u00fanicamente bajo su vigilancia, usando maquillaje y gafas para ocultar las lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras semanas de terror, encierro y constantes amenazas, la mujer logr\u00f3 escapar el pasado 17 de marzo y formaliz\u00f3 la denuncia. Asegura que desde entonces contin\u00faa siendo intimidada, vigilada por allegados del agresor e incluso amenazada indirectamente, insinuando v\u00ednculos con personas capaces de cometer hechos de \u201cajuste de cuentas\u201d. El caso est\u00e1 en manos de la fiscal Jhilma Jhoara Mora Barroso, quien dispuso medidas de protecci\u00f3n que incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento, contacto o intimidaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la devoluci\u00f3n de documentos personales de la v\u00edctima y su hijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, llama la atenci\u00f3n que, pese a la gravedad de los hechos, no se haya iniciado un proceso penal en el marco de la Ley 348 ni se haya solicitado la detenci\u00f3n preventiva del acusado. La disposici\u00f3n fiscal advierte \u00fanicamente que, en caso de incumplimiento de las medidas, la autoridad judicial podr\u00eda ordenar una detenci\u00f3n de entre tres y seis d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El denunciado, de 36 a\u00f1os, es cirujano odont\u00f3logo y trabaja en el Centro de Salud Petrolero de Cobija. La v\u00edctima vive actualmente atemorizada tras romper el silencio, mientras exige garant\u00edas reales de protecci\u00f3n y justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABOGADO OFRECI\u00d3 \u201cPLATA\u201d PARA QUE DESISTA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La atemorizada madre tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 ante la Fiscal\u00eda que el abogado del agresor la llam\u00f3 para ofrecerle dijenero a cambio de que desista del caso.
