Pa\u00eds, 17 de Marzo de 2026.- <\/strong>Los bolivianos elegir\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo domingo a 5.432 autoridades departamentales y municipales para los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. Entre los principales cargos est\u00e1n los gobernadores de nueve departamentos y los alcaldes de 335 municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente de Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz, <\/strong>asegur\u00f3 este martes que su administraci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 neutral en las elecciones regionales y locales del domingo \u00abpor primera vez en los \u00faltimos veinte a\u00f1os\u00bb, a diferencia del \u00abGobierno del MAS, que control\u00f3 el Estado\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abPrimera vez en la historia de Bolivia que el Gobierno, que ya no es de un gobierno del MAS, q<\/strong>ue control\u00f3 al Estado, participa sin querer direccionar la voluntad del pueblo boliviano\u00bb, dijo Paz en una rueda de prensa en S\u00e3o Paulo (Brasil), tras participar en un encuentro empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los bolivianos elegir\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo domingo a 5.432 autoridades departamentales <\/strong>y municipales para los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. Entre los principales cargos est\u00e1n los gobernadores de nueve departamentos y los alcaldes de 335 municipios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el \u00e1mbito legislativo regional se elegir\u00e1n 249 asamble\u00edstas departamentales y 2.044 concejales municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paz, de visita de Estado en Brasil, prometi\u00f3 que no piensa inmiscuirse en las elecciones presidenciales que celebrar\u00e1 este pa\u00eds en octubre pr\u00f3ximo, como tampoco lo har\u00e1 en Bolivia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abNo generamos injerencia, respetamos las decisiones de los pueblos en cada naci\u00f3n. Eso es lo que estamos haciendo como un ejemplo democr\u00e1tico\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este contexto, critic\u00f3 que durante los mandatos del MAS, primero con Evo Morales y despu\u00e9s con Luis Arce, \u00ablos ministerios y los servidores p\u00fablicos sal\u00edan a las calles a respaldar a los candidatos\u00bb de la formaci\u00f3n progresista que gobern\u00f3 Bolivia durante dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En contraposici\u00f3n, el actual jefe de Estado, de centroderecha, declar\u00f3 que \u00abpor primera vez luego de 20 a\u00f1os, el Gobierno y el Estado est\u00e1n ausentes\u00bb en los comicios, \u00abm\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las instituciones democr\u00e1ticas que deben participar, como el Tribunal Supremo Electoral\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con todo, Paz defendi\u00f3 la presencia en su comitiva del gobernador del departamento de Santa Cruz -la regi\u00f3n m\u00e1s rica de Bolivia-, Luis Fernando Camacho, criticado por el expresidente Evo Morales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el mandatario, Camacho, pol\u00edtico que pas\u00f3 por la c\u00e1rcel en los tiempos del MAS <\/strong>acusado de conspiraci\u00f3n y que opta a la reelecci\u00f3n el domingo, le pidi\u00f3 formar parte de delegaci\u00f3n que viaj\u00f3 a Brasil y \u00e9l lo acept\u00f3 por representar una regi\u00f3n fronteriza con el gigante sudamericano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLuis Fernando Camacho representa la voluntad de un departamento, Santa Cruz, que busca mejores d\u00edas de desarrollo tanto para Brasil como para Bolivia. Lo otro es pol\u00edtico\u00bb, coment\u00f3 Paz, tras ser preguntado por las cr\u00edticas de Morales, de quien dijo que representa \u00abla visi\u00f3n del pasado\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n
