La Paz, 10 de Marzo de 2026.-<\/strong> \u00abSobre el tema del caf\u00e9 y la capacidad de producir caf\u00e9 y otros productos en La Paz, he hablado con los presidentes de El Salvador y Honduras\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presidente, Rodrigo Paz, en un mensaje al candidato a gobernador de La Paz por la Alianza Patria Sol, Luis Revilla, destac\u00f3 el trabajo que viene realizando en las provincias durante su campa\u00f1a electoral y anunci\u00f3 las gestiones internacionales para impulsar el desarrollo productivo del departamento, especialmente en torno al caf\u00e9 y los bonos medioambientales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFelicitarte por el esfuerzo que est\u00e1s haciendo por todo el departamento de La Paz. Sobre el tema del caf\u00e9 y la capacidad de producir caf\u00e9 y otros productos en La Paz, he hablado con los presidentes de El Salvador y Honduras. Tambi\u00e9n sobre los bonos medioambientales convers\u00e9 con la presidenta electa de Costa Rica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El mandatario agreg\u00f3 que La Paz ya forma parte de un di\u00e1logo internacional sobre producci\u00f3n sostenible y cooperaci\u00f3n regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHemos puesto a La Paz en el di\u00e1logo con otros presidentes, as\u00ed como lo hemos hecho con otras regiones en otras tem\u00e1ticas. Estaremos trabajando en estos temas, as\u00ed que prep\u00e1rate para desarrollar tu propuesta cuando seas gobernador de La Paz\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Luis Revilla destac\u00f3 el trabajo que viene realizando junto a los productores del departamento y el potencial productivo que existe en las provincias pace\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstoy recorriendo intensamente las provincias y conociendo de cerca el trabajo de nuestros productores. He estado en Caranavi y Taipiplaya con los caficultores, que tienen ideas maravillosas para impulsar este producto estrella\u201d, expres\u00f3 Revilla, enviando adem\u00e1s un saludo en nombre de los productores de caf\u00e9 del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EL POTENCIAL DEL CAF\u00c9 PACE\u00d1O<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El caf\u00e9 de La Paz tiene su principal centro de producci\u00f3n en Caranavi, donde se genera m\u00e1s del 90% de la producci\u00f3n nacional. Este producto posee un importante potencial de exportaci\u00f3n hacia mercados internacionales de Asia, Europa y Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Hugo Poma, presidente de los Caficultores Exportadores de Bolivia (FECAFEB) y candidato a asamble\u00edsta por la Alianza Patria Sol, el desarrollo de esta cadena productiva tambi\u00e9n se articula con otras regiones del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi bien la producci\u00f3n se centra en Caranavi, tiene una estrecha relaci\u00f3n con El Alto. Su clima es adecuado para el secado y procesado del caf\u00e9 y es en esta ciudad donde se concentran potenciales exportadores de nuestro producto\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para Revilla, estas condiciones representan una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para fortalecer la econom\u00eda departamental. En ese sentido, plantea impulsar el posicionamiento internacional del caf\u00e9 pace\u00f1o y trabajar para que Caranavi y otras regiones de La Paz sean reconocidos como capital mundial del caf\u00e9, gracias a la frescura y calidad del producto que ya conquista mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNA ESTRATEGIA DE DESARROLLO PARA LA PAZ<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La propuesta electoral de Revilla busca aprovechar el enorme potencial productivo, ecol\u00f3gico y tur\u00edstico del departamento para reposicionar a La Paz como un motor econ\u00f3mico del pa\u00eds, generando prosperidad, articulaci\u00f3n regional y oportunidades para los municipios y sus comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, el candidato advierte que actualmente el departamento enfrenta un \u201cdrama silencioso\u201d que frena el desarrollo sostenible de sus 20 provincias, situaci\u00f3n que, seg\u00fan afirma, requiere nuevas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, inversi\u00f3n productiva y una mayor articulaci\u00f3n entre productores, autoridades y mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
