La Paz, 19 de noviembre de 2025.- Un informe oficial presentado este mi\u00e9rcoles por el Ministro de Gobierno confirm\u00f3 un dato categ\u00f3rico y de enorme relevancia institucional: Freddy Vidovic est\u00e1 legalmente impedido de ejercer como Ministro de Justicia debido a la existencia de una sentencia ejecutoriada en su contra.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cYo he hecho como autoridad de Estado, ante una instrucci\u00f3n que dio el Presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, recabar informaci\u00f3n en el juzgado que ha hecho menci\u00f3n hace un momento, y el cual nos ha certificado que Freddy Vidovic tiene una sentencia ejecutoriada por tres a\u00f1os de privaci\u00f3n de libertad. Eso es lo que estoy viniendo a poner en conocimiento\u201d.
\nEl ministro reiter\u00f3 varias veces que el documento es categ\u00f3rico y que no deja espacio a interpretaciones. No puede ser ministro:<\/p>\n

\u201cCuando uno tiene una sentencia ejecutoriada, est\u00e1n conculcados los derechos ciudadanos, y por lo tanto, el se\u00f1or no puede elegir ni ser elegido, todo lo que significa la privaci\u00f3n de derechos ciudadanos. Yo estoy viniendo a poner en conocimiento esto del Presidente del Estado\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El titular de gobierno tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que investigar\u00e1n por qu\u00e9 este antecedente no figura en el Registro Judicial de Antecedentes Penales (REJAP).<\/p>\n

\u201cUna cosa que a m\u00ed me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n es que este hecho jur\u00eddico no figura en el juzgado, que seguramente ser\u00e1 otro punto que tendremos que investigar. S\u00ed, cuando digo que se afectan sus derechos ciudadanos, uno podr\u00e1 ejercitar cargo p\u00fablico, es uno de los efectos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

LARA EN SU MOMENTO DEFENDI\u00d3 A VIDOVIC<\/p>\n

Recordemos que el pasado 10 de noviembre el vicepresidente Edmand Lara hab\u00eda salido en teaz defensa del Ministro de Justicia en un video en el que mostr\u00f3 documentos: \u201cAqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el certificado de antecedentes penales, no tiene nada Freddy Vidovic. Es un profesional probo, honesto, honrado que quiere cambiar el sistema de Justicia\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 tras mostrar su Registro Judicial de Antecedentes Penales (REJAP). Lara puso las \u201cmanos al fuego\u201d por Vidovic, reiter\u00f3 que lo defender\u00e1 y dej\u00f3 a Paz la decisi\u00f3n de su destituci\u00f3n a tiempo de enfatizar que detr\u00e1s del Ministerio de Justicia est\u00e1 Mart\u00edn Camacho y grupos de poder de Santa Cruz.<\/p>\n

\u201cYo s\u00e9 que a Rodrigo Paz le est\u00e1n diciendo que lo sustituya, bueno, que tome la decisi\u00f3n \u00e9l\u201d, asever\u00f3 \u201ca tiempo de pedirle que no se deje llevar\u201d, sostuvo ese momento.<\/p>\n
