Santa Cruz, 9 de junio de 2025.- El Fiscal General del Estado, Roger Mariaca Montenegro, en contacto con la prensa, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Ministerio P\u00fablico en la defensa del orden constitucional y del Estado de Derecho, en ese marco, garantiz\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n objetiva y transparente de todo hecho de violencia que se registren en los distintos puntos de bloqueo de carreteras en el pa\u00eds y sean puestos a conocimiento del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos trabajando con la Polic\u00eda Boliviana, toda persona que tenga el m\u00ednimo indicio de participaci\u00f3n en todos estos hechos donde se est\u00e1 atentando contra la libertad de trabajo, contra la integridad f\u00edsica e incluso contra la vida y tambi\u00e9n contra bienes del Estado, es arrestada o aprendida y puesta a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico y de manera objetiva se resuelve su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. Vamos a continuar actuando con la m\u00e1xima diligencia, no podemos permitir que estas personas est\u00e9n atentando contra la sociedad\u201d, sostuvo Mariaca.<\/p>\n

La M\u00e1xima Autoridad Ejecutiva del Ministerio P\u00fablico tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que actualmente existen procesos abiertos por distintos delitos que fueron cometidos en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas en los puntos de bloqueo de carreteras del pa\u00eds, por ello, los presuntos autores fueron imputados y sometidos a audiencias de medidas cautelares donde la autoridad jurisdiccional determin\u00f3 su detenci\u00f3n preventiva o medidas de car\u00e1cter personal, seg\u00fan su grado de participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
