La Paz, 30 mayo\u00a0 de 2025<\/em> – Los pagos realizados por Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos a la empresa Botrading S.A., ascienden a USD 828.047.076,74 inform\u00f3 este jueves Marieta Paredes, Gerente de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas Corporativo de YPFB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSeg\u00fan toda la informaci\u00f3n que cursa en la Comisi\u00f3n Especial de Investigaci\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, a la fecha de env\u00edo de la informaci\u00f3n solicitada por dicha Comisi\u00f3n, ascienden a USD 828.047.076,74 que corresponde al producto efectivamente recibido por YPFB en el marco contractual y conforme los procedimientos y normativa vigente para pagos\u201d, aclar\u00f3 Paredes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La estatal petrolera s\u00f3lo realiza pagos contractualmente respaldados y sujetos al techo presupuestario aprobado a trav\u00e9s de la Ley del Presupuesto General del Estado PGE \u2013 2025, para el abastecimiento de combustibles en el mercado interno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los contratos con Botrading y los contratos con cualquier otra empresa proveedora, y sus respectivas adendas, se encuentran registrados en el Sistema de Contrataci\u00f3n del Estado (SICOES) administrado por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas P\u00fablicas; y en el Sistema de Registro de Contratos de la Contralor\u00eda General del Estado (CGE), y est\u00e1n sometidos a control gubernamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cada uno de los pagos que realiza YPFB es procesado a trav\u00e9s del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SIGEP), administrado por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas P\u00fablicas, lo cual acredita la objetividad y transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n de pagos efectuada por YPFB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa informaci\u00f3n sobre los contratos y los pagos que realiz\u00f3 YPFB a la empresa Botrading S.A., por el suministro de combustibles para el abastecimiento del mercado interno, as\u00ed como cualquier otro pago que efect\u00faa YPFB por este concepto, est\u00e1 debidamente documentada en los registros p\u00fablicos y es plenamente trazable por cualquier persona que conozca c\u00f3mo funciona la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en cuanto a contratos y pagos se refiere\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acot\u00f3 que el monto de USD 661.414.939,04, corresponde a la sumatoria de los montos de las notas de adjudicaci\u00f3n de los 12 contratos con Botrading S.A., y la suma de USD 166.632.137,70 corresponde al pago de los importes por los vol\u00famenes incrementados a trav\u00e9s de adendas a los indicados contratos, debidamente suscritas en el marco de la normativa aplicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cQuienes afirman que hay un supuesto pago en exceso, no est\u00e1n considerando la totalidad del volumen efectivamente recibido por YPFB. No se ha realizado ning\u00fan pago en exceso\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Paredes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
