Hassenteufel fue notificado a las 12:40 en Trinidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el abogado de Peter Erlwein Beckhauser, Diego Coimbra, tambi\u00e9n sum\u00f3 que \u201cEestamos en proceso de notificar. El denunciante, Peter Erlwein Beckhauser, observ\u00f3 que el MTS no renov\u00f3 su directiva, pese a haber sido notificado en al menos cinco oportunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cExiste un incumplimiento a un deber jur\u00eddicamente establecido por parte del TSE, en el sentido de que no han aplicado lo que establece la normativa respecto a la cancelaci\u00f3n de personalidad jur\u00eddica, espec\u00edficamente en el caso del MTS. La norma es clara en el art\u00edculo 58: al tercer incumplimiento de las resoluciones del TSE por parte de las organizaciones pol\u00edticas, es posible la cancelaci\u00f3n de su personer\u00eda jur\u00eddica\u201d, subray\u00f3 el jurista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coimbra se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en consecuencia, el MTS no podr\u00e1 inscribir candidatos en esta jornada, que es el \u00faltimo d\u00eda para el registro de candidaturas ante el TSE. Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que la audiencia sobre las medidas cautelares se realizar\u00e1 este mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTienen hasta el mi\u00e9rcoles para presentar un informe.
