Cochabamba, 5 de septiembre de 2024.- Un mes de reclusi\u00f3n preventiva en la c\u00e1rcel de San Antonio Disppuso el Juez Cautelar del Juzgado Cuarto de Cochabamba para Hugo Chumacero, el conductor que dio un giro en \u201cU\u201d en la avenida Oblitas causando la muerte del profesor Ruben Condarco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ambas partes apelaron el fallo judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
