Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Morales contin\u00faa vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez Zabaleta dispuso una medida cautelar que suspende temporalmente cualquier determinaci\u00f3n adoptada en torno a la acci\u00f3n de libertad presentada por la presunta v\u00edctima.
