Cochabamba,  29 de abril de 2025.- El gobernador Humberto S\u00e1nchez, junto a alcaldes, autoridades municipales y dirigentes de organizaciones sociales, emitieron este lunes, un pronunciamiento por la falta de dotaci\u00f3n de di\u00e9sel para mantenimiento rutinario de caminos en el departamento de Cochabamba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, tanto la Gobernaci\u00f3n como los municipios se han declarado en estado de emergencia por la falta de combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pronunciamiento se dio ante la ausencia del distrital de Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) a la reuni\u00f3n convocada para este lunes 28 de abril a horas 8:00 en el auditorio de la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Cochabamba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLos municipios han hecho eco de su preocupaci\u00f3n, ya se han paralizado obras, en el caso de la zona andina, sector del Tr\u00f3pico, el parte del Cono Sur y los valles hemos sido afectados\u201d, inform\u00f3 el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Municipios de Cochabamba (AMDECO), Daniel Vallejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a lo programado por el Servicio Departamental de Caminos, la dotaci\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser de 160 mil litros de di\u00e9sel al mes. En la reuni\u00f3n se analiz\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n actual de la red vial departamental en la que interviene esta dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobernador inform\u00f3 que al Sedcam se le abastece, alg\u00fan mes, el 50% de la demanda y en otros meses el 40 y hasta el 35%, que no es suficiente para cumplir con los objetivos y metas que se tienen programadas para este 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi persiste el desabastecimiento de combustible al gobierno departamental, vamos a suspender el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de los caminos que est\u00e1n en la competencia del gobierno departamental\u201d, sostuvo S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
