Cochabamba, 24 de enero de 2025.- El Fiscal Departamental de Cochabamba, Osvaldo Tejerina R\u00edos, inform\u00f3 hoy que se abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n en contra de Richard A.S.M., de 32 a\u00f1os de edad, por la presunta comisi\u00f3n del delito de Tr\u00e1fico Ilegal de Vida Silvestre, luego de ser encontrado comercializando un mono ardilla y una gallina de monte en una calle c\u00e9ntrica de la ciudad de Cochabamba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAparentemente esta persona usaba las redes sociales para ofrecer los animales silvestres, hecho que fue alertado por efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Forestal y Preservaci\u00f3n del Medio Ambiente (POFOMA), quienes lograron aprehenderlo y trasladarlo a dependencias policiales para ponerlo a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico e iniciar con las investigaciones\u201d, dijo el Fiscal Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el Fiscal de Materia, Bready Mostajo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el hecho se registr\u00f3 en la ciudad de Cochabamba cuando efectivos de POFOMA advirtieron que una persona de sexto masculino ofrec\u00eda a la venta animales silvestres a trav\u00e9s de Facebook, por ello, citaron al sujeto en inmediaciones de la Avenida Ingavi y Melchor P\u00e9rez, zona de la Chimba, el 23 de enero de 2025, argumentando que estaban interesados en concretar una venta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
