Santa Cruz, 22 de enero de 2025.- El Fiscal Departamental de Santa Cruz, Alberto Zeballos, inform\u00f3 hoy que se ejecut\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por el Ministerio P\u00fablico en contra del Coronel de la Polic\u00eda, Luis F.L. de 53 a\u00f1os de edad, investigado por el delito de Violaci\u00f3n con Agravante, que habr\u00eda cometido en contra de una mujer de 34 a\u00f1os que sufre de paraplejia en el municipio de Cotoca. Actualmente el sospechoso se encuentra en celdas policiales a la espera de su declaraci\u00f3n informativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl Ministerio P\u00fablico, una vez tuvo conocimiento del hecho, inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n de oficio, de manera inmediata, y colect\u00f3 diferentes elementos como el examen psicol\u00f3gico y social de la v\u00edctima, tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 el examen m\u00e9dico forense que confirm\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n sexual y determin\u00f3 cinco d\u00edas de incapacidad m\u00e9dico legal\u201d, dijo Zeballos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, la Fiscal asignada al caso J\u00e9ssica Ch\u00e1vez, explic\u00f3 que el hecho se habr\u00eda registrado el 10 de enero de 2025, a horas 14:00, aproximadamente, cuando Luis lleg\u00f3 a la casa de la mujer para regalarle un canaston navide\u00f1o, luego le pidi\u00f3 a los hijos de la v\u00edctima que fueran a comprar helados, una vez se quedaron solos habr\u00eda procedido a cometer la agresi\u00f3n sexual. Cuando los hijos de la mujer regresaron sorprendieron al sujeto y se comunicaron con su t\u00eda para que los ayude y cuando ella lleg\u00f3 el hombre sali\u00f3 del domicilio diciendo que no hab\u00eda hecho nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La denuncia formal fue presentada el 15 de enero de 2025, desde entonces el sujeto se encontraba pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia, mientras que el Ministerio P\u00fablico emiti\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Luis y realiz\u00f3 allanamientos para dar con el denunciado; sin embargo, se hizo presente en instalaciones de la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra la Violencia (FELCV), en el municipio de Cotoca donde se procedi\u00f3 a su aprehensi\u00f3n para que responda ante la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
