inmediata de la acci\u00f3n de libertad planteada ante la Sala Constitucional de Turno de la ciudad Tarija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPor tanto, el suscrito Juez P\u00fablico Civil y Comercial de Partido de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y Sentencia N\u00b0 1 de San Ignacio de Velasco, constituido en juez de garant\u00edas constitucionales, resuelve: declinar competencia en raz\u00f3n de territorio, disponiendo la remisi\u00f3n inmediata de la acci\u00f3n de liberta planteada por Jes\u00fas Olmos, en representaci\u00f3n de Juan Evo Morales, ante la Sala Constitucional de Turno de la ciudad de
