Sin embargo, lamentaron que en a\u00f1os anteriores los municipios no ejecutaron de manera efectiva los recursos asignados, dejando millones sin utilizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"351\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/innoticiasbo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/img-20250106-wa01268345750174194495211.jpg?resize=640%2C351&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/innoticiasbo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/img-20250106-wa01268345750174194495211.jpg?w=736&amp;ssl=1 736w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/innoticiasbo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/img-20250106-wa01268345750174194495211.jpg?resize=300%2C165&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En una conferencia de prensa, la Directora General del Sistema Nacional de Salud, Mar\u00eda Bolivia Rothe, junto al Asesor de Despacho del Ministerio, Javier Moreno, se\u00f1alaron que, desde la implementaci\u00f3n del Sistema \u00danico de Salud (SUS) en 2019, los municipios de Cochabamba dejaron saldos significativos de presupuesto sin gastar, perjudicando el acceso a servicios de salud de calidad para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rothe detall\u00f3 que por ejemplo en 2019, Cochabamba recibi\u00f3 142.481.332 bolivianos, de los cuales 62 millones no fueron ejecutados. En 2020, se asignaron 54.927.772 bolivianos, pero quedaron 23 millones sin usar. Tampoco es cierto que el Sistema \u00danico de Salud est\u00e9 negando atenci\u00f3n por falta de especialistas. Esto es totalmente falso. Como Ministerio de Salud tenemos la obligatoriedad de seguir atendiendo los hospitales de tercer nivel y realizando las gestiones necesarias ante el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas para asegurar el presupuesto.
