Si lo rechaza, termina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante el Decreto Supremo 5707, el Gobierno ampli\u00f3 por 90 d\u00edas calendario el estado de excepci\u00f3n por \u201cconmoci\u00f3n interna\u201d en el territorio nacional y seg\u00fan la norma, las medidas se mantendr\u00e1n vigentes hasta que la Asamblea Legislativa emita una resoluci\u00f3n al respecto.<br><br>En caso de no tratar la solicitud en el plazo establecido, el decreto entra en vigencia, explic\u00f3 el vocero presidente, Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez.<br><br>\u201cDe conformidad con el Par\u00e1grafo V del Art\u00edculo 13 de la Ley N\u00b0 1740, de manera excepcional, se mantendr\u00e1n las medidas asumidas en el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 5636, hasta la emisi\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n correspondiente por parte de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional\u201d, dice el Decreto Supremo 5707 que solicita ampliar el estado de excepci\u00f3n por 90 d\u00edas m\u00e1s.<br><br>Al respecto, G\u00e1lvez explic\u00f3 que se present\u00f3 ante la Asamblea Legislativa el informe y el decreto correspondiente para solicitar la ampliaci\u00f3n del estado de excepci\u00f3n.<br><br>Y aclar\u00f3 que el Legislativo tiene un plazo de 72 horas para tratar la solicitud.<br><br>Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3, si la Asamblea no incluye en agenda el decreto y no trata la solicitud dentro de ese plazo, la medida permanecer\u00eda vigente. En cambio, si se trata y rechaza, el estado de excepci\u00f3n concluir\u00e1.<br><br>\u201cToca ahora que la Asamblea trate este tema en un plazo de 72 horas, eso dice la norma, y debe aprobarse por una mayor\u00eda. De no tratarse esta solicitud, lo que entiendo seg\u00fan el procedimiento legislativo, es que la solicitud queda aprobada directamente. Si la Asamblea lo niega, termina el estado de excepci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 G\u00e1lvez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Factores de riesgo<br>El vocero descart\u00f3 que el Gobierno pretenda ampliar la medida al margen de la Asamblea y asegur\u00f3 que el Ejecutivo se sujetar\u00e1 a las normas y las leyes.<br><br>En ese contexto, el vocero indic\u00f3 que el Gobierno considera que a\u00fan persisten factores de riesgo que podr\u00edan afectar la estabilidad del pa\u00eds.<br><br>En su criterio, en estos 90 d\u00edas de vigencia del estado de excepci\u00f3n, el pa\u00eds ha mejorado, hay menos disturbios y no hubo necesidad de aplicar otras medidas previstas antes situaciones de mayor riesgo.<br><br>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la ampliaci\u00f3n busca preservar la estabilidad, garantizar la libre circulaci\u00f3n y evitar problemas de abastecimiento.<br><br>\u201cLo que se espera es que podamos en ese estado de normalidad para trabajar\u201d, dijo y remarc\u00f3 que est\u00e1 en manos de la Asamblea Legislativa la determinaci\u00f3n sobre la continuidad del estado.<br><br>\u201cNos sujetamos a la norma que dice que la Asamblea Legislativa tiene 72 horas para tratar el decreto y ver su aprobaci\u00f3n o no. Si no lo tratan en 72 horas, la norma establece que queda en vigencia y por lo tanto continua el estado de excepci\u00f3n.
