27 de agosto.- Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez admiti\u00f3 que la norma puede ser revisada y mejorada. Dijo que se debe tomar en cuenta la diferencia entre el precio al que adquiere el pa\u00eds el di\u00e9sel y el costo de comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En medio del conflicto por el Decreto Supremo 5676 que fija un nuevo precio en el di\u00e9sel para grandes consumidores, el vocero presidencial, Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez, asegur\u00f3 que una eventual abrogaci\u00f3n de esa norma no solucionar\u00e1 por s\u00ed sola el problema de desabastecimiento que enfrenta el pa\u00eds.

Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que el Gobierno se re\u00fane con los sectores afectados en busca de una soluci\u00f3n.

\u201cAbrogar la medida no va a arreglar el problema de provisi\u00f3n\u201d, dijo G\u00e1lvez <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, admiti\u00f3 que el decreto puede revisarse y mejorarse, pero pidi\u00f3 discutir primero temas como el abastecimiento y la protecci\u00f3n a sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables.

En ese contexto, dijo que \u201ctodo es perfectible\u201d y asegur\u00f3 que escuchan a todos los sectores, pero indic\u00f3 que el debate tambi\u00e9n debe considerar la diferencia entre el precio al que adquiere el pa\u00eds el di\u00e9sel y el costo de la comercializaci\u00f3n interna.

Seg\u00fan el vocero, el aumento internacional del precio del combustible y las dificultades para acceder al producto han incrementado la presi\u00f3n sobre el sistema boliviano de abastecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Privados
G\u00e1lvez reiter\u00f3 que parte del di\u00e9sel adquirido por algunos usuarios es revendido en el mercado negro.

G\u00e1lvez asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que, despu\u00e9s de las nuevas condiciones establecidas, las solicitudes de privados interesados en importar di\u00e9sel habr\u00edan aumentado significativamente.

\u201cSe ha quintuplicado, entre cinco y seis veces, las solicitudes de importaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.

Asimismo, cuestion\u00f3 el rol actual de Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) y dijo que \u201cya no responde a la realidad\u201d.

Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, anteriormente los ingresos provenientes de la exportaci\u00f3n de gas permit\u00edan cubrir parte de la diferencia entre el alto costo de importaci\u00f3n y el precio subvencionado en el mercado interno.

Sin embargo, sostuvo que actualmente esos recursos ya alcanzan para mantener el mismo esquema y la diferencia de precio subvencionado y costo internacional genera distorsiones y reventa.

Diversos sectores, principalmente productivos, exigen la abrogaci\u00f3n del decreto porque consideran que incentiva el mercado negro de combustibles y generar\u00e1 mayores costos en la producci\u00f3n, lo que provocar\u00e1 alza de precios y afectar\u00e1 al bolsillo de toda la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
