27 de agosto.- Fernando Cerimedo afronta varias causas. Actualmente est\u00e1 con detenci\u00f3n preventiva en Palmasola inculpado por el atentado contra Nadia Beller, su expareja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La abogada Margarita Arce afirm\u00f3 que Fernando Cerimedo enfrenta tres procesos en Bolivia (la Fiscal\u00eda ya le abri\u00f3 un cuarto caso) y permanece con detenci\u00f3n preventiva en Palmasola. En entrevista con EL DEBER, sostuvo que su defendido es inocente de las acusaciones y que la defensa presentar\u00e1 documentaci\u00f3n para justificar el dinero encontrado durante los allanamientos.

La defensa de Fernando Cerimedo anunci\u00f3 que apel\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n preventiva de 180 d\u00edas dispuesta contra el exasesor pol\u00edtico argentino y afirm\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 demostrar su inocencia en los procesos que enfrenta en Bolivia.

La abogada Margarita Arce, entrevistada por el programa Otra Noche de EL DEBER, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Cerimedo permanece recluido en el PC-6 del penal de Palmasola, en Santa Cruz, desde el lunes, tras la determinaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos enfrentando un proceso de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, otro proceso por violencia y el otro proceso de legitimaci\u00f3n de ganancias il\u00edcitas\u201d, explic\u00f3 la jurista.

Arce sostuvo que Cerimedo no tuvo participaci\u00f3n en el ataque armado contra Nadia Beller, por el cual es investigado como presunto autor intelectual. \u201cNo estaba en el lugar, no tiene grado de participaci\u00f3n alguno\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la abogada, quien cuestion\u00f3 la hip\u00f3tesis de la Fiscal\u00eda y asegur\u00f3 que la defensa trabaja para esclarecer las circunstancias del atentado.

La jurista confirm\u00f3 que la defensa maneja como hip\u00f3tesis la posibilidad de un supuesto autoatentado contra Beller, aunque evit\u00f3 revelar los elementos con los que sustenta esa posici\u00f3n. \u201cTenemos nosotros la hip\u00f3tesis y dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n estamos ayudando para que se esclarezcan estos hechos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Arce, revelar detalles de las actuaciones que prepara la defensa podr\u00eda afectar su estrategia y alertar a las personas que eventualmente estar\u00edan involucradas.

Tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 parte de la informaci\u00f3n extra\u00edda del tel\u00e9fono de Cerimedo y difundida p\u00fablicamente. Asegur\u00f3 que existen conversaciones entre su defendido y Beller, pero sostuvo que algunos mensajes fueron eliminados por la propia denunciante.

\u201cLos mensajes a la izquierda est\u00e1n todos borrados. Son mensajes borrados por la se\u00f1ora Nadia, no borrados por Fernando Cerimedo\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justifica los $us 40.000 encontrados en un allanamiento

Otro de los puntos abordados por la abogada fue el dinero encontrado durante los allanamientos realizados en inmuebles vinculados a Cerimedo en La Paz.

Arce afirm\u00f3 que los $us 40.000 pertenec\u00edan a su defendido y que la defensa prepara documentaci\u00f3n para acreditar su procedencia. \u201c\u00c9l tiene empresas legalmente establecidas en Argentina y en Estados Unidos\u201d, explic\u00f3.

Seg\u00fan la abogada, Cerimedo trasladaba recursos provenientes de sus actividades empresariales para cubrir sus gastos mientras permanec\u00eda en Bolivia, debido a que \u2014seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n\u2014 todav\u00eda no recib\u00eda un salario por sus actividades en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arce asegur\u00f3 que la defensa solicit\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n a Argentina, entre ella facturas, planillas y registros financieros de las empresas de Cerimedo.

La jurista tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que el argentino utiliza USDT para realizar pagos a proveedores de sus empresas, aunque dijo desconocer el monto que generaba por sus actividades en Bolivia.

Respecto al papel que desempe\u00f1\u00f3 Cerimedo durante la campa\u00f1a electoral, Arce lo describi\u00f3 como un estratega y asesor de comunicaci\u00f3n que colabor\u00f3 durante la primera y segunda vuelta de las elecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, neg\u00f3 que hubiera tenido capacidad de decisi\u00f3n dentro del Gobierno. \u201c\u00c9l no ha tenido ninguna injerencia dentro del Gobierno ni absolutamente nada\u201d, sostuvo. La abogada tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que, desde que Cerimedo fue detenido, ning\u00fan integrante del entorno pol\u00edtico se acerc\u00f3 a visitarlo en Palmasola.

Defensa desconoce investigaci\u00f3n en Beni

Sobre la investigaci\u00f3n anunciada por la Fiscal\u00eda de Beni relacionada con presunta protecci\u00f3n a vuelos irregulares vinculados al narcotr\u00e1fico, Arce afirm\u00f3 que no recibi\u00f3 ninguna notificaci\u00f3n y que desconoc\u00eda la existencia de este cuarto proceso contra Cerimedo. \u201cNo tenemos ninguna notificaci\u00f3n, ning\u00fan conocimiento\u201d, manifest\u00f3.

Despu\u00e9s de conocer p\u00fablicamente la informaci\u00f3n, anunci\u00f3 que la defensa realizar\u00e1 las gestiones correspondientes para conocer el contenido de la nueva investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda de Beni inform\u00f3 que analiza la posible participaci\u00f3n de Cerimedo en una causa relacionada con presunta protecci\u00f3n a vuelos irregulares en Santa Ana de Yacuma. La investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra en etapa preliminar y la eventual responsabilidad del exasesor deber\u00e1 ser determinada mediante las pesquisas correspondientes.

Finalmente, Arce confirm\u00f3 que la defensa ya apel\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n que orden\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n preventiva por 180 d\u00edas y que todav\u00eda no existe una fecha definida para la audiencia de apelaci\u00f3n. \u201cEstamos esperando la apelaci\u00f3n y seguimos con el tema de la defensa\u201d, indic\u00f3.

La abogada agreg\u00f3 que, dependiendo del resultado de esa audiencia, solicitar\u00e1n la cesaci\u00f3n de la detenci\u00f3n preventiva y continuar\u00e1n con la estrategia jur\u00eddica en los dem\u00e1s procesos que enfrenta Cerimedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras tanto, seg\u00fan Arce, el exasesor permanece en Palmasola y se muestra \u201coptimista\u201d respecto a las investigaciones. La defensa sostiene que es inocente y espera que el Ministerio P\u00fablico act\u00fae con objetividad durante el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
