Beller pasa de denunciante a testigo para enfrentar una querella penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n por intento de feminicidio contra Nadia Beller ingres\u00f3 ayer en una nueva fase, marcada por la primera declaraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del presidente Rodrigo Paz sobre el hecho y por la suspensi\u00f3n de la declaraci\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima hasta que se active su protecci\u00f3n como testigo. En paralelo, la diputada Lissa Claros (Libre) present\u00f3 una querella por calumnia contra Beller y Fernando Cerimedo.<br><br>En un video, el mandatario asegur\u00f3 que el Ejecutivo otorg\u00f3 todas las garant\u00edas para que las pesquisas se desarrollen con transparencia y permitan establecer la verdad sobre lo ocurrido. Dijo que instruy\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda realizar \u201ctodas las investigaciones pertinentes a la justicia\u201d y remarc\u00f3 que el proceso debe sustentarse en elementos objetivos.<br><br>\u201cSoy el primero, el primero en defender en nuestra democracia la transparencia de los procesos de investigaci\u00f3n, no sobre esc\u00e1ndalos, sino sobre pruebas. El esc\u00e1ndalo no es una prueba\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Paz, en una alusi\u00f3n a la creciente controversia generada alrededor del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente tambi\u00e9n busc\u00f3 precisar el papel que tuvo Cerimedo durante la campa\u00f1a electoral de 2025 y en los primeros meses de su administraci\u00f3n. Explic\u00f3 que el argentino particip\u00f3 como estratega durante la segunda vuelta y que posteriormente cooper\u00f3 al inicio del Gobierno, pero sostuvo que nunca existi\u00f3 un contrato ni una relaci\u00f3n laboral directa.<br><br>Paz Pereira fue enf\u00e1tico al negar que Cerimedo haya tenido representaci\u00f3n oficial. \u201cEl se\u00f1or Cerimedo jam\u00e1s tuvo la autorizaci\u00f3n de representar a este boliviano, a la Presidencia, al Gobierno o a mi familia\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br><br>Pesquisas<br><br>En Santa Cruz, mientras tanto, la declaraci\u00f3n de Beller, prevista en el domicilio donde se recupera del ataque armado del 17 de agosto, fue suspendida. El fiscal N\u00e9stor Torres y los investigadores policiales llegaron hasta el inmueble, pero se retiraron despu\u00e9s de que la defensa solicitara que la v\u00edctima sea incorporada al programa de protecci\u00f3n de testigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su abogado, Jerjes Justiniano, argument\u00f3 que Beller pretende aportar informaci\u00f3n y elementos considerados delicados, por lo que existe preocupaci\u00f3n por su seguridad. El fiscal explic\u00f3 que la diligencia fue suspendida por \u201cfuerza mayor\u201d y ser\u00e1 reprogramada por la Fiscal\u00eda de La Paz, una vez que se defina la aplicaci\u00f3n de las medidas de protecci\u00f3n.<br><br>En La Paz, la diputada Lissa Claros present\u00f3 en la v\u00eda penal ayer una querella por calumnia\u00a0 contra Nadia Beller y Fernando Cerimedo.
