Con ese precio nos va a matar a los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores\u201d, declar\u00f3 una mujer durante la protesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rechazo tambi\u00e9n se manifest\u00f3 entre los mineros aur\u00edferos que adem\u00e1s pidieron al Gobierno convocar de manera inmediata a una reuni\u00f3n para abordar el impacto de la medida.<br><br>\u201cComo Ferreco hemos decidido rechazar este decreto supremo porque afecta a las cooperativas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Wilson Alanoca, presidente de la Federaci\u00f3n Regional de Cooperativas Mineras Aur\u00edferas (Ferreco).<br><br>Alanoca subray\u00f3\u00a0 que la organizaci\u00f3n tiene m\u00e1s de 35 cooperativas que son clientes graco, m\u00e1s de 118 cooperativas clientes directos y m\u00e1s de 500 usuarios directos y advirti\u00f3 que el nuevo precio puede comprometer la continuidad de trabajo de varias cooperativas.<br><br>En el sector del transporte pesado tambi\u00e9n cuestionan que el precio de Bs 18 termine alcanzando a los operadores que requieren grandes vol\u00famenes de combustible para cubrir sus rutas.<br><br>\u201cEstamos esperando cinco, seis d\u00edas para abastecer, ahora va a ser peor la situaci\u00f3n y va a haber precio de 18 bolivianos, \u00bfcu\u00e1l estamos obligados a comprar?\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el dirigente del Transporte Pesado, Pedro Quispe.<br><br>La Confederaci\u00f3n Sindical de Choferes de Bolivia tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 al Gobierno precisar el alcance del decreto. Su secretario ejecutivo, Lucio G\u00f3mez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que existe una diferencia entre los grandes consumidores y las necesidades de combustible del transporte p\u00fablico interdepartamental e interprovincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f3mez advirti\u00f3 que un incremento de los costos para los grandes consumidores podr\u00eda terminar repercutiendo sobre los precios de los productos y, ante ese escenario, el transporte evaluar\u00eda sus propios costos de operaci\u00f3n.<br><br>\u201c\u00bfCreen ustedes que los grandes consumidores no van a hacer subir los art\u00edculos de primera necesidad? \u00bfNo ser\u00e1 que nuevamente va a subir la canasta familiar? Si verdaderamente existe eso, el autotransporte tambi\u00e9n revisar\u00e1 los costos de operaciones\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<br><br>En el caso del transporte interdepartamental, G\u00f3mez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que un viaje puede requerir cantidades superiores a los 120 litros. Preciso que solo para ir de Santa Cruz a Cochabamba se requiere 250 litros.<br><br>Los sectores que rechazan la medida tambi\u00e9n enfatizaron que las empresas privadas venden el di\u00e9sel a Bs 16.50, a Bs 17 el litro y rechazan que el incremento sea mayor desde el sector estatal.<br><br>Mientras los sectores afectados cuestionan el nuevo precio, la Fundaci\u00f3n Jubileo considera que el ajuste responde a un problema estructural de abastecimiento. Seg\u00fan la instituci\u00f3n, Bolivia actualmente importa el 95% del di\u00e9sel que consume y el 60% de la gasolina, en un contexto de ca\u00edda de la producci\u00f3n nacional de hidrocarburos l\u00edquidos.<br><br>El analista de hidrocarburos y energ\u00eda de la Fundaci\u00f3n Jubileo Ra\u00fal Vel\u00e1squez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que era necesario modificar el esquema de precios, aunque advirti\u00f3 sobre sus efectos en la econom\u00eda.<br><br>\u201cEra necesario ajustar los precios (&#8230;) Hemos vivido una fantas\u00eda de 20 a\u00f1os de precios irreales, es cierto, hab\u00eda que ajustarlos, pero ese ajuste sin duda va a afectar tambi\u00e9n el sistema de precios en su conjunto que estaba distorsionado\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<br><br>Asimismo, se advierte que mantener un precio
