18 de agosto.- La escasez de gasolina y di\u00e9sel dej\u00f3 de ser un problema de abastecimiento para convertirse en una carga cotidiana que golpea al transporte, al comercio, al trabajo, a la circulaci\u00f3n veh\u00edcular y a las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La escena se repite en distintas ciudades del pa\u00eds: una fila que comienza de madrugada, veh\u00edculos que avanzan lentamente, conductores que preguntan cu\u00e1ndo llegar\u00e1 la cisterna y personas que, despu\u00e9s de varias horas, todav\u00eda no saben si podr\u00e1n cargar combustible.

Para algunos, la espera representa perder una jornada de trabajo. Para otros, significa no completar un viaje, retrasar una entrega, suspender una carrera o dejar estacionado un veh\u00edculo que es la principal fuente de ingresos de una familia.

Y para miles de ciudadanos que no viven del volante, el problema tampoco termina en el surtidor. Cuando un taxi no consigue gasolina, cuando un microbus deja de circular o cuando un cami\u00f3n no puede cargar di\u00e9sel, la escasez termina traslad\u00e1ndose al resto de la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La crisis de combustibles dej\u00f3 as\u00ed de ser solamente una discusi\u00f3n sobre vol\u00famenes importados, divisas, log\u00edstica o subvenci\u00f3n. Se convirti\u00f3 en un problema cotidiano que se mide en horas de espera, ingresos que no se generan, pasajeros que llegan tarde y familias que deben reorganizar sus actividades.

H\u00e9ctor Aramayo, hace 15 a\u00f1os que recorre el pa\u00eds y por primera vez piensa en tirar la toalla.

\u201cNo se puede seguir asi. Desde fines de 2024 ya se ve\u00eda venir este problema. Ahora todo es mas descarado. Pasamos d\u00edas haciendo fila, perdemos horas de trabajo, no podemos almorzar y descansar de manera normal, si esto sigue asi, buscar\u00e9 otro trabajo, esto no es vida\u201d, se lament\u00f3 H\u00e9ctor.

Un poco m\u00e1s optimista Marcelo, que lleva 10 horas esperando cargar gasolina, espera que la falta de combustible se solucione y que el hacer filas por varias horas o d\u00edas sea un mal recuerdo.

\u201cDesde el a\u00f1o pasado el tener un veh\u00edculo se volvi\u00f3 en una carg muy pesada. Se pierde tiempo, dinero y parte de nuestra salud en estas filas donde uno se encuentra nervioso y con impotencia\u201d, cont\u00f3 Marcelo.

En Santa Cruz, la dimensi\u00f3n del problema ya golpea directamente al transporte urbano. Mario Guerrero, representante del sector, afirm\u00f3 ayer que solo 40% de las unidades est\u00e1 trabajando y que el 60% permanece en las filas para conseguir di\u00e9sel.

Ese dato permite entender que la fila ya no es solamente un inconveniente para el conductor.

Es una unidad de transporte que deja de prestar servicio.

Si un microbus no circula, menos pasajeros llegan a sus destinos. Si hay menos unidades en las calles, aumenta el tiempo de espera. Si la oferta de transporte disminuye, el usuario busca alternativas m\u00e1s caras o simplemente posterga sus actividades.

Pero tambi\u00e9n existe un efecto m\u00e1s silencioso: el tr\u00e1fico generado por las propias filas.

Una hilera de veh\u00edculos que ocupa varias cuadras reduce la capacidad de circulaci\u00f3n de las calles. Los accesos a estaciones se congestionan, se forman cuellos de botella y el transporte p\u00fablico queda atrapado en las mismas v\u00edas.

As\u00ed, quien no est\u00e1 buscando combustible tambi\u00e9n termina pagando parte de la crisis.

El ciudadano que intenta cruzar una avenida para llegar a su trabajo puede quedar atrapado detr\u00e1s de una fila de veh\u00edculos. El pasajero de un microbus puede tardar m\u00e1s en llegar a su destino. Una ambulancia puede encontrar una v\u00eda congestionada. Un comerciante puede recibir tarde su mercader\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promesas

El presidente de YPFB, Sebasti\u00e1n Daroca, asegur\u00f3 que las filas por gasolina deber\u00edan quedar resueltas en dos o tres d\u00edas, despu\u00e9s de una reuni\u00f3n con autoridades y sectores de Santa Cruz. La estatal tambi\u00e9n comprometi\u00f3 refuerzos en las asignaciones y asegur\u00f3 que los vol\u00famenes de di\u00e9sel estar\u00e1n cubiertos.

Una promesa que cae en saco roto para los que han hecho de las filas una forma m\u00e1s vivir.

\u201cSoluciones, es lo que la poblaci\u00f3n necesita, ya no queremos bonitas palabras\u201d, observ\u00f3 H\u00e9ctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
