12 de agosto.- Las v\u00edctimas del denominado \u2018caso terrorismo\u2019 abrieron un nuevo frente judicial con una denuncia penal contra 153 personas, entre exautoridades del gobierno de Evo Morales, fiscales, jueces, exmagistrados, polic\u00edas y otros funcionarios a los que atribuyen distintos grados de responsabilidad en las muertes, detenciones y vulneraciones de derechos ocurridas durante el operativo del Hotel Las Am\u00e9ricas y el proceso posterior.

La denuncia fue presentada ante la Fiscal\u00eda Departamental de Santa Cruz por David Sejas, expresidente de la Uni\u00f3n Juvenil Cruce\u00f1ista (UJC); Alfredo Saucedo, exsecretario de esa organizaci\u00f3n; y Juan Carlos Guedes, exasesor de la UJC.

Sejas explic\u00f3 que la acci\u00f3n se enmarca en las recomendaciones emitidas por la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH), despu\u00e9s de que las v\u00edctimas acudieran al sistema interamericano para denunciar las afectaciones sufridas durante el proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guedes se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el memorial, acompa\u00f1ado de documentaci\u00f3n y pruebas, pretende que la Fiscal\u00eda determine el grado de participaci\u00f3n de cada uno de los denunciados. Entre los nombres mencionados figuran David Choquehuanca, Juan Ram\u00f3n Quintana, Carlos Romero, Alfredo Rada y Sacha Llorenti, adem\u00e1s de exfiscales generales, fiscales, operadores de justicia y exintegrantes de la Unidad T\u00e1ctica de Resoluci\u00f3n de Crisis (UTARC).

Los denunciantes atribuyen a los se\u00f1alados delitos como asesinato, tentativa de homicidio, vejaciones y torturas, privaci\u00f3n de libertad, lesiones, amenazas y resoluciones contrarias a las leyes.

El abogado Gary Prado respald\u00f3 el derecho de las v\u00edctimas a buscar justicia y reparaci\u00f3n por los da\u00f1os sufridos durante los procesos \u2018Terrorismo 1 y 2\u2019. Sin embargo, cuestion\u00f3 la forma en que fue presentada la denuncia y advirti\u00f3 que podr\u00eda ser rechazada por errores formales, entre ellos la inclusi\u00f3n de personas fallecidas entre los denunciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
