Santa Cruz, 31 de julio.- El exalcalde municipal deb\u00eda declarar el pasado jueves, pero present\u00f3 un certificado m\u00e9dico por un cuadro de hipertensi\u00f3n. La audiencia ya tiene una nueva fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jhonny Fern\u00e1ndez a\u00fan debe prestar su declaraci\u00f3n por el presunto delito de malversaci\u00f3n de fondos. En dos ocasiones, el exalcalde de Santa Cruz de la Sierra deb\u00eda brindar su declaraci\u00f3n, pero hasta el momento no lo ha hecho.

El 23 de julio, la exautoridad se present\u00f3 a las instalaciones del Departamento Especializado de Lucha Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n (DELCC), pero sin su abogado, pese a que la citaci\u00f3n remarcaba que deb\u00eda presentarse acompa\u00f1ado de su defensa. Posteriormente, el 30 de julio, se inform\u00f3 que el exalcalde estaba \u00absorpresivamente internado en una cl\u00ednica\u00bb y present\u00f3 una baja m\u00e9dica.

Ante ello, la audiencia fue reprogramada para el lunes, 3 de agosto, a las 16:30.

Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, el exalcalde sufri\u00f3 un cuadro de hipertensi\u00f3n, es decir, presi\u00f3n arterial alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su lado, el abogado del Gobierno municipal Jos\u00e9 Luis Coplot inform\u00f3 que la fecha fue reprogramada debido a que el exalcalde present\u00f3 un certificado m\u00e9dico, pese a que durante la ma\u00f1ana de ese mismo jueves se mostr\u00f3 en buen estado y dio una conferencia de prensa.

\u00abQue tomen las declaraciones y esperemos que \u00e9l pueda dar su informaci\u00f3n hemos planteado por malversaci\u00f3n de fondos. Se han sacado, a trav\u00e9s de leyes municipales, dos cr\u00e9ditos en una entidad financiera que oscilan entre los Bs 191 millones, en un caso para 17 proyectos y en el otro para la construcci\u00f3n de un viaducto en la Doble V\u00eda a La Guardia existe una malversaci\u00f3n de fondos respecto a esos cr\u00e9ditos\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Coplot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
