30 de julio.- El Gobierno boliviano espera que el precio del d\u00f3lar se estabilice entre 9,70 y 10.20 bolivianos, seg\u00fan el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Gabriel Espinoza. La divisa, desde el 29 de junio, se encuentra bajo un esquema \u00abflexible\u00bb. De cotizarse en 6,96 bolivianos durante a\u00f1os, pas\u00f3 a 9,73 bolivianos y este jueves 30 de julio, el tipo de cambio oficial est\u00e1 en 11,89 bolivianos.

\u00abEn Bolivia llevamos ya cuatro semanas con el r\u00e9gimen flotante. Hemos tenido una variaci\u00f3n de cerca del 20%, est\u00e1 dentro de lo esperado en otras econom\u00edas cuando esto sucede, cuando se cambia el r\u00e9gimen cambiario, valga la redundancia, pues las variaciones suelen ser mucho m\u00e1s grandes al inicio de la operaci\u00f3n del nuevo r\u00e9gimen. En nuestro caso, ha sido paulativo y controlado\u00bb, explic\u00f3 el ministro en una entrevista en el programa Influyentes.

Seg\u00fan Espinoza, durante la jornada del mi\u00e9rcoles, 29 de julio, el mercado mostr\u00f3 se\u00f1ales de estabilizaci\u00f3n, ya que las cotizaciones registradas por la tarde fueron inferiores a las observadas durante la ma\u00f1ana. A su juicio, esto responde a los anuncios econ\u00f3micos realizados por el Gobierno, entre ellos, el acuerdo alcanzado con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) y la aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto General del Estado (PGE) 2026 en el Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLlegamos al Gobierno con un d\u00f3lar a 14 bolivianos. El 8 de noviembre est\u00e1bamos con el d\u00f3lar a 14 bolivianos. La econom\u00eda, por lo menos, por c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 organizada hoy: la tecnolog\u00eda de los importadores, la tecnolog\u00eda de los exportadores, las formas de producci\u00f3n, los costos que enfrentan y obviamente los precios que reciben por sus productos no es un escenario normal porque estamos haciendo esta transici\u00f3n al r\u00e9gimen cambiario nuevo\u00bb, indic\u00f3.

El ministro sostuvo que Bolivia registra una variaci\u00f3n cercana al 20% desde la implementaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen flotante, un comportamiento que calific\u00f3 como \u00abrelativamente controlado\u00bb en comparaci\u00f3n con otros pa\u00edses que atravesaron procesos similares.

Asimismo, consider\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas y semanas el mercado cambiario tender\u00e1 a ordenarse por la normalizaci\u00f3n del comercio exterior, luego de m\u00e1s de 50 d\u00edas de bloqueos que afectaron las exportaciones e importaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
