El exmandatario enfrenta dos acusaciones en Bolivia y una en Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El expresidente Evo Morales enfrenta desde ayer una segunda orden de aprehensi\u00f3n. La Fiscal\u00eda de Santa Cruz dispuso su captura en el contexto de la investigaci\u00f3n por los 53 d\u00edas de conflictos, con bloqueos, que tuvieron lugar entre mayo y junio. La medida paraliz\u00f3 carreteras y provoc\u00f3 desabastecimiento con p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas e incluso muertes de enfermos varados en los cercos.<br><br>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, Morales es investigado por alzamiento armado contra la seguridad y soberan\u00eda del Estado, terrorismo, atentado contra la seguridad de los medios de transporte, asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa, instigaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica a delinquir y atentado contra la seguridad de los servicios p\u00fablicos. La causa fue abierta por denuncia del Comit\u00e9 pro Santa Cruz, a la que se adhiri\u00f3 el Ministerio de Gobierno.<br><br>Los denunciantes sostienen que Morales tuvo responsabilidad en las protestas que exigieron la renuncia del presidente Rodrigo Paz. La Paz y Cochabamba fueron los departamentos m\u00e1s afectados. En el momento m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico hubo m\u00e1s de 100 puntos de bloqueo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morales asegur\u00f3 ayer que se trata de una persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica \u201cpara desviar la atenci\u00f3n de la crisis econ\u00f3mica y social. No van a intimidarnos. Seguiremos luchando junto al pueblo\u201d, afirm\u00f3 en sus redes sociales.<br><br>La nueva orden se suma a un mandamiento vigente dentro del proceso por trata agravada en Tarija. En ese caso, Morales fue declarado rebelde tras no presentarse al juicio oral y la Justicia volvi\u00f3 a ordenar su aprehensi\u00f3n y arraigo.<br><br>Adem\u00e1s, enfrenta una investigaci\u00f3n en Argentina por trata de personas y abuso de menores durante su asilo.La causa fue reabierta en 2025 y avanz\u00f3 en 2026 con la citaci\u00f3n de polic\u00edas que integraron su custodia en ese pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El expresidente tiene\u00a0 al menos tres procesos activos\u00a0 y\u00a0 no se present\u00f3 ante la Fiscal\u00eda para presentar sus descargos.<br><br>El presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, R\u00f3mer Saucedo, afirm\u00f3 que los dos mandamientos vigentes en Bolivia deben ser ejecutados por la Polic\u00eda. \u201cTodas las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n hay que ejecutarlas\u201d, sostuvo y record\u00f3 que no tienen fecha de caducidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: El Deber <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>30 de julio.- El presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia explic\u00f3 que estas \u00f3rdenes no expiran.
