17 de julio.- La defensa legal de las dos personas aprehendidas por el caso del presunto reclutamiento de bolivianos para ser enviados a Rusia afirm\u00f3 que sus clientes no integran ninguna presunta red dedicada a captar personas y asegur\u00f3 que \u00fanicamente se dedicaban a realizar tr\u00e1mites documentales.

El abogado de los hermanos Arancibia, Willams Reinolds, sostuvo que ambos trabajan desde hace a\u00f1os como tramitadores, gestionando certificados y documentos en distintas instituciones p\u00fablicas, por lo que rechaz\u00f3 que se los vincule con una red de reclutamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYo los conozco y son tramitadores, hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s sacan antecedentes policiales, de tr\u00e1nsito, antecedentes de narc\u00f3ticos y hacen tr\u00e1mites de todo tipo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que el hecho de que en el inmueble allanado se hayan encontrado pasaportes no constituye un elemento que demuestre la comisi\u00f3n de un delito, ya que, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, esos documentos corresponder\u00edan a personas que solicitaron sus servicios para realizar gestiones administrativas.

Las declaraciones surgen luego de que la Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Crimen (Felcc) aprehendiera a dos personas durante un operativo en Santa Cruz, en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n por una presunta red que reclutaba ciudadanos bolivianos para trasladarlos a Rusia. La Polic\u00eda inform\u00f3 que los aprehendidos son familiares del principal sospechoso, identificado como Amador, quien permanece pr\u00f3fugo y es se\u00f1alado como el presunto cabecilla de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
