El lunes, en el primer d\u00eda del juicio se conoci\u00f3 que las siete v\u00edctimas que figuran en el memorial de acusaci\u00f3n formal, no se presentaron y el Tribunal dict\u00f3 el abandono de causa y por tanto, ya no podr\u00e1n hacerse presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el memorial de acusaci\u00f3n, las \u201cv\u00edctimas\u201d son: Rolando Dur\u00e1n Quispe, Remy Vaquiata Chambi, Heber Lucana Flores, Roberto Rodr\u00edguez Coarite, Rene Sanches Ramos, Edwin Amestoy del Castillo y Nader Salem Mamani, quienes nunca presentaron a sus abogados y de muy pocos figura el domicilio.<br><br>En cambio, los abogados defensores acusaron al gobierno de Luis Arce de haber \u201cfabricado\u201d a las supuestas v\u00edctimas, porque en realidad se habr\u00eda tratado de funcionarios p\u00fablicos de ese entonces que accedieron a ser parte del proceso y sumarse a todo lo que planteen los abogados de los ministerios.<br><br>Torrez tambi\u00e9n ratific\u00f3 que convocar\u00e1n a los testigos que tienen y que fueron presentados ante el tribunal. Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n fiscal, el Ministerio P\u00fablico tiene 143 testigos de cargo, que a ojos de los abogados es un n\u00famero exagerado. La mayor\u00eda de esos testigos son militares y polic\u00edas, solo hay 16 civiles que pueden atestiguar.<br><br>La acusaci\u00f3n formal tambi\u00e9n consigna 117 pruebas documentales, que son los informes y declaraciones de los propios involucrados y de los testigos que prestaron su declaraci\u00f3n y deben ratificar su versi\u00f3n ante el Tribunal.
