Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el caso afect\u00f3 la imagen de la industria maderera y de miles de trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno afirm\u00f3 este jueves que las investigaciones sobre la presunta presencia de coca\u00edna en cargamentos de madera boliviana retenidos en Chile y Brasil apuntan a descartar las acusaciones que involucraban al sector forestal. El vocero presidencial, Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez, sostuvo que los resultados de laboratorio conocidos hasta el momento dieron negativo y consider\u00f3 que el caso provoc\u00f3 un grave perjuicio a la imagen de una de las principales industrias exportadoras del pa\u00eds.<br><br>\u00abEs una buena noticia para los bolivianos entender que aquellas acusaciones que se hab\u00edan dado contra la industria maderera boliviana resultaron no tener los fundamentos\u00bb, manifest\u00f3 la autoridad, al se\u00f1alar que las pruebas realizadas hasta ahora no confirmaron la existencia de las supuestas 108 toneladas de coca\u00edna que inicialmente reportaron autoridades chilenas.<br><br>G\u00e1lvez indic\u00f3 que el Gobierno a\u00fan espera la confirmaci\u00f3n oficial de los resultados emitidos por laboratorios de Chile; sin embargo, remarc\u00f3 que tanto en Brasil como en Bolivia las pericias conocidas hasta la fecha descartan la presencia de sustancias controladas en la madera exportada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica muestra que no hay las 108 toneladas (de coca\u00edna) que dec\u00edan las autoridades chilenas. Los datos van corroborando esa direcci\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n en Brasil los laboratorios han ratificado que no existe esa carga de estupefacientes\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<br><br>El vocero sostuvo que el caso debe generar una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el impacto que pueden tener denuncias difundidas sin resultados concluyentes, al considerar que afectaron directamente a las empresas exportadoras y a miles de trabajadores vinculados al sector forestal.<br><br>\u00abSe ha da\u00f1ado con estas noticias a toda una industria y se ha perjudicado a un conjunto de trabajadores que viven de producir y transformar la madera. El tratamiento politizado y poco reflexivo de este tipo de informaci\u00f3n puede causar inmensos da\u00f1os\u00bb, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gobierno prepara denuncia<br> <br>Por su parte, el viceministro de R\u00e9gimen Interior, Hern\u00e1n Paredes, revel\u00f3 en el programa On- Otra Noche con Sissi, de EL DEBER, que el Gobierno boliviano y los exportadores preparan una denuncia ante la Defensor\u00eda Penal P\u00fablica de Chile contra el fiscal regional de Arica, a quien responsabiliz\u00f3 por las consecuencias del caso.<br><br>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, la acci\u00f3n buscar\u00e1 dos objetivos: esclarecer las actuaciones del Ministerio P\u00fablico chileno y reclamar una indemnizaci\u00f3n por los perjuicios econ\u00f3micos ocasionados.<br><br>\u00abSe presentar\u00e1 una denuncia exigiendo el esclarecimiento de este tema y, en segundo lugar, una demanda para que se paguen los da\u00f1os y perjuicios gigantes que se han dado por la actitud de un fiscal\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad incluso asegur\u00f3 que representantes de Carabineros de Chile coincidieron con la posici\u00f3n boliviana durante una reuni\u00f3n sostenida esta semana. \u00abNos dijeron que el comportamiento de ese fiscal fue absolutamente ilegal, insostenible jur\u00eddica y t\u00e9cnicamente\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<br><br>Asimismo, cuestion\u00f3 que la investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00fae abierta pese a que los primeros an\u00e1lisis descartaron la presencia de sustancias controladas.<br><br>\u00abEl fiscal sigue investigando, pero este proceso ya ha pasado de claro a oscuro. Ya no existe claridad sobre las razones para mantener retenida parte de la carga\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paredes atribuy\u00f3 el resultado preliminar que origin\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n al m\u00e9todo utilizado para detectar sustancias controladas en la madera.<br><br>Explic\u00f3 que el reactivo empleado \u00fanicamente tiene validez durante el primer minuto despu\u00e9s de aplicada la prueba y que, posteriormente, la interacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica entre la celulosa, el agua y el reactivo genera un falso positivo.<br><br>\u00abPasado un minuto va a dar falso positivo. Si en ese primer minuto no aparece la reacci\u00f3n, significa que no existe sustancia controlada\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<br><br>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que otros pa\u00edses productores de madera, como Per\u00fa, Brasil y Colombia, utilizan tecnolog\u00edas diferentes que reducen significativamente ese margen de error.<br><br>Exportaciones a\u00fan afectadas<br>El viceministro inform\u00f3 que la Polic\u00eda Federal de Brasil ya concluy\u00f3 sus propios an\u00e1lisis sobre otro cargamento boliviano retenido en ese pa\u00eds y confirm\u00f3 que tampoco encontr\u00f3 sustancias controladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa Polic\u00eda Federal de Brasil ya tiene el estudio en detalle y concluy\u00f3 que no hay sustancia controlada. Esa informaci\u00f3n llegar\u00e1 oficialmente a trav\u00e9s de la Embajada\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<br><br>Pese a los resultados favorables, Paredes advirti\u00f3 que varias navieras internacionales contin\u00faan rechazando cargamentos de madera boliviana y que algunos puertos chilenos mantienen restricciones para recibir este tipo de mercanc\u00eda.<br><br>Seg\u00fan dijo, la situaci\u00f3n amenaza las exportaciones justo antes del inicio de la temporada de lluvias, periodo en el que disminuye la posibilidad de extraer madera de las zonas productoras.<br><br>\u00abLas cuatro navieras m\u00e1s importantes no est\u00e1n queriendo recibir madera boliviana y algunos puertos chilenos tampoco. Es un impacto econ\u00f3mico muy grande para un sector que hasta abril registraba cifras r\u00e9cord de exportaci\u00f3n\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<br><br>Ante ese escenario, el Gobierno anunci\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 apoyo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y de organismos de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional para incorporar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de detecci\u00f3n de drogas que eviten futuros falsos positivos.<br><br>Sector forestal denuncia \u00abshow medi\u00e1tico\u00bb<br>Las declaraciones se conocen luego de que la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Exportadores de Bolivia (Caneb) y la C\u00e1mara de Exportadores, Log\u00edstica y Promoci\u00f3n de Inversiones de Santa Cruz (Cadex) calificaran como un \u00abshow medi\u00e1tico\u00bb la actuaci\u00f3n del fiscal regional de Arica, tras la retenci\u00f3n de cargamentos bolivianos bajo la sospecha de que conten\u00edan coca\u00edna impregnada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la C\u00e1mara Forestal de Bolivia inform\u00f3 que los camiones retenidos durante m\u00e1s de 40 d\u00edas en las fronteras con Chile y Brasil comenzaron a ser liberados despu\u00e9s de que los an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio descartaran la presencia de droga en la carga.<br><br>G\u00e1lvez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ahora corresponde trabajar en la recuperaci\u00f3n de la credibilidad del sector y del pa\u00eds en los mercados internacionales.<br><br>\u00abAhora toca reconstruir la imagen del pa\u00eds, reconstruir la imagen de la industria maderera y promover nuevamente su desarrollo\u00bb, concluy\u00f3.<br><br>La investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa abierta mientras las autoridades bolivianas y chilenas intercambian informaci\u00f3n y esperan los resultados oficiales de las pericias pendientes para cerrar definitivamente el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: El Deber <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>17 de julio.- El vocero presidencial Jos\u00e9 Luis G\u00e1lvez asegur\u00f3 que las pruebas conocidas hasta el momento descartan la presencia de coca\u00edna en la madera retenida en Chile y Brasil.
