6 de julio.- La Gobernaci\u00f3n y la Alcald\u00eda de La Paz manifestaron su respaldo a la ampliaci\u00f3n del feriado departamental por el 16 de julio. Seg\u00fan indicaron, la acci\u00f3n incentivar\u00eda al turismo interno que generar\u00eda entre 56 y 72 millones de bolivianos.

Despu\u00e9s de algunas sugerencias en sentido de que el feriado de la efem\u00e9ride pace\u00f1a cae en d\u00eda jueves, el Gobierno departamental dio a conocer su pronunciamiento oficial en el que dice estar de acuerdo con la ampliaci\u00f3n para que se pueda incentivar el turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDesde la Gobernaci\u00f3n estamos totalmente de acuerdo, creemos que va a ser una acci\u00f3n muy favorable para el departamento de La Paz, especialmente tras m\u00e1s de 50 d\u00edas de bloqueos\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el director departamental de Turismo y Culturas, Marco Mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dijo que se espera que el Ministerio de Trabajo, pueda sacar estas determinaciones con anticipaci\u00f3n, para que la ciudadan\u00eda tambi\u00e9n pueda organizarse para \u201cpoder aprovechar de un feriado largo\u201d.

Por su parte, la jefa de Gabinete de la Gobernaci\u00f3n expres\u00f3 que el departamento atraves\u00f3 momentos cr\u00edticos; sin embargo, la decisi\u00f3n le corresponde a las instancias del Gobierno Nacional.

\u201cEse tema corresponde a otra instancia, a nivel del Estado nacional. Ojal\u00e1 que el turismo pueda recuperarse ser\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno, pero, en esa perspectiva, si se da, ojal\u00e1 que podamos reactivar el turismo\u201d, indic\u00f3 Cahuasa.

Anteriormente el alcalde Cesar Dockweiler, tambi\u00e9n plant\u00f3 la posibilidad de solicitar al Gobierno Nacional la ampliaci\u00f3n para la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, turismo y gastronom\u00eda del departamento luego de los 53 d\u00edas de bloqueos que golpearon al departamento.

Por su parte, el alcalde record\u00f3 que la normativa vigente permite ampliar feriados nacionales cuando coinciden con fines de semana y, aunque la disposici\u00f3n no alcanza a feriados departamentales, la situaci\u00f3n que atraviesa el departamento justifica una medida excepcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
