De acuerdo a la norma, Lara tiene 24 horas para convicar a sesi\u00f3n del pleno para tratar la norma.<br \/><br \/>Y esta ma\u00f1ana circul\u00f3 la convocatoria de Lara, pero para sesionar a las 23.00 de este mismo s\u00e1bado, algo que ser\u00eda ilegal, pues debe lanzarse la conminatoria a los asamble\u00edstas con 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>La convocatoria tiene el siguiente tenor: \u00abLa Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional fue convocada a una sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de car\u00e1cter urgente este s\u00e1bado a las 23:00 horas para tratar la declaratoria de estado de excepci\u00f3n dispuesta por el \u00d3rgano Ejecutivo mediante el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 5636, en medio de la crisis por los bloqueos que afectan al pa\u00eds\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comunicado tambi\u00e9n establece una disposici\u00f3n especial de car\u00e1cter obligatorio, que exige la presencialidad de todos los legisladores sin excepci\u00f3n. La convocatoria advierte que, debido a la extrema gravedad de la coyuntura nacional, la sesi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 realizarse de manera estrictamente presencial, instando a los asamble\u00edstas a garantizar su asistencia efectiva.<br \/><br \/>El orden del d\u00eda establece, en primer lugar, el tratamiento de correspondencia y, posteriormente, la consideraci\u00f3n y pronunciamiento sobre el decreto que declara el estado de excepci\u00f3n. <br \/><br \/>Por su parte, el diputado Alejandro Reyes de la Alianza Unidad&nbsp; inform\u00f3 que est\u00e1 habilitado y va a asistir a la sesi\u00f3n, no sin antes lamentar que el presidente nato de la Asamblea \u00abno respete el reglamento que manda 24 horas (de anticipaci\u00f3n para convocar).
