La norma fue aprobada sin modificaciones respecto al texto que hab\u00eda recibido el visto bueno del Senado d\u00edas antes, por lo que qued\u00f3 lista para su promulgaci\u00f3n por parte del Ejecutivo.<br><br>El diputado de Unidad, Carlos Alarc\u00f3n, cuestion\u00f3 la demora del mandatario y sostuvo que la situaci\u00f3n que vive el pa\u00eds exige una respuesta inmediata. El legislador record\u00f3 que la Asamblea cumpli\u00f3 con el procedimiento y afirm\u00f3 que ahora corresponde al Ejecutivo asumir su responsabilidad.<br><br>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 espera el Presidente para promulgar la ley? La urgencia del pa\u00eds y especialmente de La Paz y El Alto as\u00ed lo exige\u201d, dijo Alarc\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales.<br><br>Desde el Partido Dem\u00f3crata Cristiano (PDC), el diputado Manolo Rojas fue m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y pidi\u00f3 que, una vez promulgada la norma, el Gobierno aplique el estado de excepci\u00f3n, principalmente en el departamento de La Paz, donde persisten los conflictos y hechos de violencia.<br><br>Seg\u00fan el legislador, el pa\u00eds cuenta con las herramientas legales necesarias para enfrentar la crisis y recuperar el control del orden p\u00fablico. En ese marco, inst\u00f3 al mandatario a asumir decisiones firmes frente a la situaci\u00f3n actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso, el expresidente Evo Morales atribuy\u00f3 la demora a una supuesta falta de decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica. El exmandatario afirm\u00f3 en las \u00faltimas horas que Paz \u201ctiene miedo\u201d de promulgar la ley.<br><br>\u201cMe informan que tiene miedo de promulgar\u201d, dijo el exmandatario.<br><br>La Ley de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Estados de Excepci\u00f3n define los procedimientos, alcances y controles para la declaratoria de estados de excepci\u00f3n en situaciones extraordinarias que afecten la seguridad o estabilidad del pa\u00eds.<br><br>En la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes se registran m\u00e1s de 80 puntos de bloqueos en seis departamentos.
