Se abroga la Ley N\u00b0 1341 de 23 de julio de 2020, de Estados de Excepci\u00f3n. Por tanto, la promulgo para que se tenga y cumpla como Ley del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia\u201d, se\u00f1ala el documento promulgado este mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el \u00fanico marco legal que tiene vigencia es el se\u00f1alado por la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado para la dictaci\u00f3n de un estado de excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La declaraci\u00f3n de un estado de excepci\u00f3n es una facultad presidencial regulada por los art\u00edculos 137, 138, 139, 140, 161 y 172 (16)(26) de la ley de leyes. El jefe de Estado, para \u201cpreservar la seguridad y la defensa del Estado\u201d, puede asumir esa decisi\u00f3n, que debe, inexcusablemente, recibir la aprobaci\u00f3n del Legislativo, antes de su vigencia, en un plazo de 72 horas.<br><br>Fuentes pol\u00edticas consultadas por Urgente.bo dijeron que el Presidente no tomar\u00eda de inmediato la decisi\u00f3n de dictar el estado de
