Tal como hab\u00edan anticipado sus abogados, el l\u00edder de las Seis Federaciones del Tr\u00f3pico de Cochabamba no acudi\u00f3 a la audiencia instalada en Tarija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">La defensa del exmandatario anunci\u00f3 que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas presentar\u00e1 recursos legales y acciones ante instancias internacionales, argumentando supuestas vulneraciones al debido proceso y observaciones a la legalidad de la acusaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Durante el inicio de la audiencia, efectivos policiales restringieron el ingreso a la sala del tribunal, mientras una comisi\u00f3n de fiscales lleg\u00f3 a Tarija para sustentar la acusaci\u00f3n formal, seg\u00fan informaci\u00f3n difundida por DTV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tarija, 11 de mayo, 2026.- El expresidente Evo Morales es declarado en rebeld\u00eda debido a su inasistencia a la citaci\u00f3n del Tribunal Departamental de Justiciade Tarija.
