El acusado principal, identificado como otro interno del recinto, habr\u00eda realizado actos de car\u00e1cter sexual sin consentimiento, situaci\u00f3n que gener\u00f3 una reacci\u00f3n inmediata de rechazo por parte de la v\u00edctima al despertar.<br>El caso se agrava con un segundo episodio ocurrido el 5 de mayo, cuando, tras una jornada de consumo de alcohol junto a otros internos, el denunciante afirma haber perdido el conocimiento y posteriormente despertar golpeado y ensangrentado, presuntamente tras reclamar por lo sucedido d\u00edas antes. En este hecho, tambi\u00e9n se involucra a otros reclusos, quienes habr\u00edan participado en la agresi\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<br>\u201cAl d\u00eda siguiente es decir 5 de mayo del a\u00f1o 2026 en la celda N \u00b0 17, Desde las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana nos pusimos a beber alcohol con limonada, los internos Luis Daniel Rojas, Roberto Carlos Rivero y mi persona, en el transcurso de lo que beb\u00edamos logramos tomar alrededor de 5 botellas de 2 litros de limonada con alcohol a cada botella se le pone un vaso de 150 ml de alcohol de quemar, es decir de 90\u00b0 hasta horas de la noche, recuerdo que por el bastante consumo de alcohol me dorm\u00ed, y recuerdo que me levante, perd\u00ed la conciencia y recobre la conciencia cuando estaba completamente golpeado y ensangrentado, seguramente presumo que mi persona le reclamo por lo que hab\u00eda pasado el d\u00eda de antes de ayer con el se\u00f1or Luis Rojas y entre todos los que estaban en la celda me pegaron Rojas, Rivero y otros que no los pude identificar\u201d sostiene el afectado.<br>La denuncia adem\u00e1s incluye un episodio de amenazas ocurrido recientemente dentro del \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica del penal, donde otro interno habr\u00eda advertido al denunciante que \u201cse cuide\u201d, lo que incrementa la preocupaci\u00f3n por su integridad f\u00edsica.<br>Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s alarmantes del caso es que el principal acusado, seg\u00fan se detalla, tendr\u00eda antecedentes por delitos sexuales con sentencia ejecutoriada en el denominado caso GACIP, cuando el entonces cabo instructor fue sentenciado por dopar y violar a adolescentes, lo que ha encendido alertas sobre posibles riesgos para otros internos, especialmente los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes.<br>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el denunciante ha solicitado al Ministerio P\u00fablico la apertura de una investigaci\u00f3n por los delitos de violaci\u00f3n, abuso sexual y lesiones, adem\u00e1s de requerir medidas urgentes de protecci\u00f3n, incluyendo valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dico-forense, abordaje psicol\u00f3gico y el eventual traslado o aislamiento de los acusados.<br>Asimismo, se pidi\u00f3 un informe oficial a las autoridades del penal sobre las acciones adoptadas tras conocerse la denuncia, as\u00ed como el registro fotogr\u00e1fico de la escena, que seg\u00fan el testimonio, presentaba evidencias de violencia.<br>El caso pone en el centro del debate las condiciones de seguridad al interior de los recintos penitenciarios y la necesidad de garantizar la integridad de las personas privadas de libertad, mientras se espera
