En ese sentido, dijo que es necesaria una reforma, como en la sustituci\u00f3n de candidaturas a \u00faltimo momento, las inhabilitaciones, la ausencia de debates obligatorios y la falta de regulaci\u00f3n de encuestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abYo creo que toda Bolivia ha entendido que esta ley ya no se la puede usar, es necesario cambiar la ley y esa es la tarea que vamos a hacer\u00bb, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que el TSE ya cuenta con un proyecto de ley, aunque aclar\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 socializado antes de su presentaci\u00f3n oficial. Para ello se prev\u00e9 convocar a partidos pol\u00edticos, agrupaciones ciudadanas, universidades, colegios de profesionales, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, el presidente del TSE inform\u00f3 que la pr\u00f3xima semana se realizar\u00e1 un encuentro nacional con los nueve Tribunales Electorales Departamentales, donde comenzar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n y socializaci\u00f3n de la propuesta normativa. Adem\u00e1s, asegur\u00f3 que el proceso no deber\u00e1 extenderse m\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, \u00c1vila afirm\u00f3 que existe desconfianza sobre el actual Padr\u00f3n Electoral. \u00abEl Padr\u00f3n Electoral es una herida abierta que crea muchas dudas que pol\u00edticos muchas veces usan como bandera para desprestigiar el proceso\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea, la autoridad indic\u00f3 que el proyecto ser\u00e1 presentado al \u00d3rgano Ejecutivo y al Legislativo, adem\u00e1s de gestionar apoyo de organismos multilaterales interesados en fortalecer la democracia boliviana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, \u00c1vila asegur\u00f3 que el objetivo del TSE es entregar ambos proyectos antes de concluir su gesti\u00f3n. \u00abYo me animo a decir que hasta el 2027 vamos a entregar, vamos a batir un nuevo r\u00e9cord, no nos vamos a ir sin esta deuda pendiente con Bolivia\u00bb,
