La Paz, 28 de Abril de 2026.-<\/strong> El canciller Fernando Aramayo afirm\u00f3, en entrevista con Urgente.bo, que Bolivia despert\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s y fue muy bien recibido por el mundo; sin embargo, se encuentra en una \u201csituaci\u00f3n compleja\u201d por el legado que dej\u00f3 el Gobierno del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstamos en un escenario en el que nos est\u00e1 tocando atender todo lo que los gobiernos del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) no atendieron. La sociedad est\u00e1 con un ansia de ser atendida en todos los niveles\u201d, dijo la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El canciller Armayo subray\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds fue recibido con mucho optimismo, luego de pasar desapercibido durante 20 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, afirm\u00f3 que Bolivia es un ejemplo de madurez ciudadana. \u201cBolivia no es conflicto, no es paro, no es bloqueo, esas son minor\u00edas. La gran mayor\u00eda de los bolivianos queremos futuro, el futuro que se nos arrebat\u00f3\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No obstante, Aramayo asever\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds necesita muchos cambios, entre ellos una reforma judicial que incluya la predictibilidad, previsibilidad y seguridad jur\u00eddica a los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, mencion\u00f3, que este tema no le concierne al Poder Ejecutivo, ya que el Poder Judicial tiene independencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, dijo que es necesario estabilizar la econom\u00eda, ya que el anterior Gobierno dej\u00f3 al pa\u00eds con una deuda bilateral y a proveedores en los ministerios, sin reservas internacionales netas y con una \u201ceconom\u00eda comprometida\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De igual forma, el canciller indic\u00f3 que es necesario reformar el sistema educativo y sanitario de pa\u00eds. \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible que, a partir de los resultados del censo, vemos que tenemos un bono demogr\u00e1fico y nuestros j\u00f3venes no est\u00e9n formados como para ser competitivos en el mercado global de las tecnolog\u00edas?\u201d, asever\u00f3 la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que hoy en d\u00eda hay buena tecnolog\u00eda y educaci\u00f3n para la inserci\u00f3n laboral en muchos pa\u00edses del mundo. En ese contexto, Aramayo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es imprescindible hacer acuerdos pol\u00edticos serios y reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo puede ser que la aspiraci\u00f3n de unos cuantos l\u00edderes que quedaron en el camino, hoy en d\u00eda est\u00e9n generando desestabilidad al Estado y a la sociedad\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De igual forma, la autoridad sostuvo que desde el \u201cd\u00eda cero\u201d de su gesti\u00f3n tomaron decisiones dif\u00edciles con el levantamiento de subsidio, la liberaci\u00f3n de ciertos aranceles, la presentaci\u00f3n de leyes ante la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional (ALP) sobre inversiones, econom\u00eda y miner\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 que hay $us 7.500 millones comprometidos del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (IBD) y de la Corporaci\u00f3n Andina de Fomento (CAF), que ya han sido suscritos y firmados. Adem\u00e1s, de $us 290 millones que ser\u00e1n negociados por el Ministerio de Planificaci\u00f3n del Desarrollo y otros ministerios sectoriales con la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, Aramayo destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de Bolivia en eventos y foros internacionales importantes. \u201cAcabo de venir del Foro de la Diplomacia en Antalya, Turqu\u00eda. \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo hab\u00edamos participado de un foro as\u00ed?
